Returns / exchanges
At Glamour Attire, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our returns and exchange process is simple and hassle-free.
1. Return Period
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
- Sale items and final clearance items may be non-returnable
3. How to Return
- Contact our customer support at support@glamourattirefashion.com with your order number.
- Fill out the return form provided.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you’d like an exchange, please indicate the new item or size when submitting your return request.
- Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the original item.
- Shipping costs for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will replace it at no extra cost.
